The neatness of the house.

The vibe was amazing. Rooms were cozy and the furniture and colour scheme looked very thematic. Has access to the beach as well.

Well presented, nice furniture, good location.

Needed freshening up a bit, marks on the paint etc. Limited on amenities, not enough toilet roll and watered down soap in the bathroom.

The property was well designed and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning was functioning well. Additionally, I appreciated the easy access to the beach.

The house appeared dusty and as if it hadn’t been used for a while. The table tops and shelves in the room were dusty, and I noticed ants. The toilet shower floor was not maintained at its best. The insufficient toilet rolls were a bit inconvenient. Upon checking with the PIC we noted the extras were placed in a kitchen drawer. Additionally, the bedside lamp’s plug was broken, and one of the ceiling light bulbs in the bedroom was blown, making the room poorly lit.
