Sri Sayang by Coral Holiday Resort

When we arrived at the hotel around the checking time 16:00, we were told to wait outside for forty minutes since the unit was not yet ready. After an hour, a staff member arrived to offer the key and requested a cash deposit of RM 200; neither they nor Booking.com had previously provided any information about this. When we inquired about this deposit, the staff irst told us to ca;; Booking.com and refused to give us the key. My daughter and I were exhausted from our lengthy journey, and it was getting very late, so we requested to give the deposit later after taking cash from near by ATM. The flat was filled awful ciggrate smoking smell and the bedding and towels were particularly awful. There was no WiFi available.

Location is excellent. Easy walk across the main road to the Beach. Easy 10 min walk to restaurant etc (better to walk than to drive). Parking is easy in carpark. Two lifts. Clean and comfortable. Lovely view. Well stocked apartment with air purifier, fans and air-con Big TV with Netflix. Security guards and host were helpful.

if staying for a long-time, more clothes hangers. Also while there was soap it was not handy to the sink - include a hand wash container?
