Yung mga towel nila luma at may mga punit😊 Suggestion lang po, paki palitan na lang ng bago yung nga towel para naman hindi maranasan ng iba yung naranasan namin. Tsaka yung staff niyo, kulang pa ng training. So far okay din naman po ang experienced namin.

We were unable to check in because the reservation was reportedly cancelled by the property owner in favor of a walk-in client. This situation was highly disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering that the cancellation was allegedly due to my inability to respond immediately to text messages. At that time, I was driving from Surigao City to Cagayan de Oro, making it unsafe and impractical to read and respond to messages while on the road. Proper consideration and reasonable accommodation should have been extended under the circumstances.

The abrupt cancellation of our booking was highly unreasonable, considering that I had already informed the property owner of our estimated time of arrival in advance. While we were having lunch in Gingoog City, that was the only opportunity I had to check my phone and read their messages, as I had been driving from Surigao City en route to Cagayan de Oro. Upon seeing their messages, I immediately contacted the property, only to be informed that our reservations for two apartments had already been cancelled and subsequently given to walk-in clients. Such action reflects a serious lack of professionalism, consideration, and respect for confirmed reservations. It is extremely disappointing that despite providing prior notice regarding our arrival, the property still chose to disregard our booking without reasonable accommodation or proper coordination. In all my years of booking accommodations through online platforms, I have never failed to honor a reservation, and I have consistently ensured that property owners are properly informed of any relevant travel details, including arrival times. This experience has been both frustrating and unacceptable.

Its good place for 1 night only or for the meantime stay

The toilet bowl was not flushing, the water is very weak, theres no trash can inside the room, no blanket and theres no generator when theres brownout, its very hot

the aircon not so cold the wifi is unstable the tv is not working the sink is clogged extrabed is on d floor first night there was a bday party and very loud noise why they held a party to a hostel place where people stayed to rest. extra bed for 1 paid for it and its normal but paying for that extra persons stay per day is new to me and it wasnt stated in their policy . when you need extra bed you pay only the bed not anymore to her stay

I liked that I had cooking ware available

Dogs are everywhere oftentimes drags trash cans. Bugs are present in the room. Bed sheets seems old although it seemed wash but need new sheets. Pillows were old stained.
