Room is spacious. Celebrated daughter's birthday on the property. Food delivery is available. Also near Seven Seas Waterpark and Divine Mercy Shrine. Owner and staff are friendly and accommodating.

Weak to none wifi signal. Be ready with your mobile data.

It is very near Seven Seas and that is it is really cheap and they have 2 double beds in 1 room which is perfect for family. Possibility to cook or make food.

No soap and toilet paper provided in the apartment. The blanket is too thin which can’t be used at all.

Facility for cooking

Location is very difficult to find,water is not good to wash because obviously even they said underground but it’s from the river.bathroom is not clean properly.shower heater is Not working properly,pillow they give is lot of stain,blanket is very thin…they had swimming pool but not free for the guest.if you want to swim you need to pay 100 pesos…not good…

If you are going to Seven Seas, this is the perfect location and spacious room. That's it.

Dog crap all over the place which attracts flies. As soon as we checked out - a dog went inside and lay on the floor with the caretaker. The bedsheets and blankets are old. Dusty windows. 30 mins from the town/city

Maybe the space is worth it on what you pay.

The water to be use was not clean seemed that their is a cleaning needed on their water supply line.. The pool was unusable.. Not near convenience store at restaurants. And my stuff my short and shirt which is so sentimental to me was not deliver to me even though I told them that I will shoulder all the delivery expenses.
