Lovely 2- BR Condo (Fully Air-conditioned w/ Wifi)

I lobe the unit, spacious .Worth the money. also near limketkai mall and just 5-8min walking distance to cogon market .My family loved the space and size of the unit.It was an easy check in and out process

You will just need to bring your own drinking water but there were toiletries .

It was what I was looking for for a 3-night stay in downtown CDO. It was clean, had a water filter, and the rooms were a good size. The little kitchen is a plus even though we didn't use it. I also really like the area and that I could walk to shops and restaurants nearby.

Checking in was a bit of a hassle. I wasn't sent the instructions until a day after I had already checked in. I had to scramble to look for a contact # for the host, and when I called I was told that check-in time was at 3pm even though I had already asked and they confirmed that I could check-in earlier at 2pm. Not sure if I spoke to 2 different people who didn't communicate.

location and price, bed very comfortable , hot shower is a bonus.

If only have complimentary coffee/ tea and biscuits for guest check in late.

This wonderful place is exceptionally tidy and welcoming, featuring two impeccably well-maintained bathrooms that perfectly fulfill our requirements. The two bedrooms provide us with a peaceful and rejuvenating sleep, and we especially appreciated the strong and reliable internet connection. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Fresh smell, everything is new, great western style bed duvets & comfy foam mattress, nice kitchen appliances. Aircon in both bedrooms and in living room. Good cleaner, good security, good free parking options outside. The free drinking water saves lots of time for guests. thank you Wonderful café in front of the building, and limketai mall with supermarket is only 2 min walk.

Being on the 5th floor, you can hear motor traffic from the 2 bedrooms at evening rush hour until around 8pm. After that time, it was very quiet at night. Morning time also very peaceful.

The limketkai mall is walking distance from the property. The room is only at the 5th floor but you don’t hear the noise from the driving cars around the building. They have iron and iron board, hair dryer and extension wires which are all very helpful. The wifi connection is good. Netflix is also available on the TV.

No parking space except for the driveway parking which gets full easily. Owner should’ve given us a heads up that some necessities are not available. We got used to bookings that provide them (like the toilet papers, shampoo and soap since the ones available look very questionable, and the rice cooker isn’t really for 6 packs). Some of the kitchenwares need replacement.
