Bardzo przyjemny apartament, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Przepiękny widok z balkonu na ocean oraz nieustanny szum morza. Bardzo spokojna okolica.

Basen przy obiekcie jest bardzo średni, widać już odcisk czasu. Do tego w okolicy jest plac budowy i od 8 rano było słychać pracę koparki (nie jest to wina obiektu ale wpływa na całokształt wrażeń z pobytu)

Stunning view from balcony, good location

Nice sea view direct on the water. The apartment was clean and nice. Also the kitchen was nice to have. Just missing a cutting board there! The balcony and view is amazing! Sometimes it was hot so we left the balcony the hole night open.

That we had to remove all trash at check out. Sometimes the waves were load because the crash directly under the apartment on rocks

Cozy Sea View Studio – True to Its Name! We loved our stay here. The balcony alone is worth it – you could easily spend the entire day there, sipping coffee, prosecco, or whatever you fancy, while listening to the soothing sound of ocean waves. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The location is a bit rural, and there’s some construction happening nearby, but it didn’t really affect our stay. There’s a small market and a few restaurants within walking distance, and with a car, you can quickly reach livelier areas. Parking nearby was manageable – even though the official lot was often full, we always found a spot close enough. A couple of small improvements would make this place even better: an extra mirror (the only one was in the bathroom) and more pillows. While we know pillow preferences vary, we only had one per person – and I personally prefer a bigger one. That said, this didn’t ruin our stay, and we were too relaxed to contact the host, who we’re sure would have resolved it right away. They were incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and provided clear, helpful information about the apartment. Overall, we highly recommend this cozy studio for a chill getaway!

The apartment has been recently renovated with spectacular views of the ocean from the balcony. One of the attractions for booking the apartment was the pool area and restaurant pictured in the advertising. The apartment is a ten minute walk to numerous restaurants in Callao Salvaje. We were met and shown around the property by Maria the representative for Smart Holidays, she was extremely helpful and even arranged a local taxi as we had an early flight home.

From the closest parking area to the apartment there are 80 steps which can be quite demanding for any person with reduced mobility. The stair area leading to the apartment were not cleaned during our 14 day stay.they also need a little attention to repair flaking plaster. We had a number of cockroaches in the apartment during our stay. We spent part of day one around the pool, the sun beds were old and dirty. The people in the restaurant were abrupt and rude. Informing us we could not bring any drinks or food to the area we had to buy any drink and food from them. On our second day we were surprised to see the water had been drained from the pool. The pool area remained closed for the rest of our stay. While the pool was painted. On day three, I contacted Smart holidays Tenerife to explain the situation with the pool. They were very apologetic, And promised to come back with an acceptable solution. Unfortunately, they never did despite contacting them a number of times. Once we had returned home, we received a communication from Smart Holidays Tenerife, stating that they had contacted the owner of the apartment, and he was prepared to reimburse us €5 per night. To date we have still not received the reimbursement. We had initially intended to spend time each day relaxing by the pool however this was not possible and we incurred considerable expense using buses and taxis, Would not recommend this apartment or Smart Holidays Tenerife.
