Proprietário e equipe muitos atenciosos deixou meu carro em sua casa, uma vez que a hospedagem não oferece estacionamento

Na minha reserva era para 5 pessoas 3 adultos e 2 crianças, porem foi cedido um sofá cama (2 pessoas) e uma cama de casal (2 pessoas), uma das acomodações alegadas foi que tinha uma rede e que um dos hospedes teria que dormir na rede, solicitei um colchão para por no chão e não na rede, porem não foi disponibilizado
