Top Floor Sandbanks Apartment with Free Parking just minutes from the Beach and Bars

Great area and the beds were comfortable

There was a window open in kitchen with plastic bag across, presume it was broken, very draughty. No tea towel and no coffee,tea,biscuits as promised also no soap to wash hands and in double bedroom only one hand towel to share. I rang the owners left a message it was ignored they sent an email asking how the stay was I told them but they also ignored

On boiling hot water from main bathroom shower made it not usable. Dryer did not dry anything

Location was good and within easy access to good resturants. The pre arrival communication and app was very good and provided detailed information.

There was no hand soap in the bathrooms, there were no oven gloves in the kitchen. It could have done with a mirror in the second bedroom. The email received said there would be tea, coffe and biscuits on arrival however none of these were provided meaning we had to go back to the shops for these.

Good location.

For an apartment for four people why only 2 tea spoons , 3 cereal bowls , 2 tea mugs or 3 coffee mugs. No tea towels. The apartment will require maintenance soon to avoid more extensive internal expenditure on kitchen , bedroom fixtures . Sorry to say but the apartment had a stale smell on arrival.

Excellent location, good size, very clean, nice furnishings especially in sitting room. Like the blankets on the sofa. Nice large TV.

Would be better if basic condiments were supplied. Also, there was no tea, coffee, milk or biscuits. Only one bathroom had soap.
