Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti, sopiva juuri kahdelle aikuiselle (lisävuode on mahdollinen), sijainti hyvä. Kiva iso terassi. Parkkipaikkoja löytyy talon ympäriltä helposti. Yhteydenpito omistajan kanssa oli helppoa.
