Great spot within the city walls. Clean and comfortable room with a quiet view overlooking the garden.

Unique place in the heart of San Gimignano with a very friendly and helpful host.

Federico was a very good host, he responded very fast to our questions, and gave us useful suggestions on places to visit and restaurants. The kitchen is modern, comfortable and new, and it has a wonderful view to the Tuscany landscape.

The bathroom is too small and we think that the toilet and bidet section should be updated.

Location was perfect for downtown and the hosts very communicative and helpful. Really friendly. Super recommendations of things to do and places to eat, where to park. Updated kitchen, easy to collect keys.

The bathrooms are very, very small and out of date. The building is historic so not the fault of the owners but barely can turn in the shower. Really hard to get ready. The mattress must be replaced, it was very used and soft, almost sunk to the floor so restful sleeping was so-so. Wi-Fi doable. All this said, the price should be cheaper. Despite great location, we wouldn’t stay again with so many other options available.

City center kitchenette with full kitchen and awesome Tuscany view. Bedroom was decorated with authentic linens and furniture., including Italian books about the city. The place was easy to find .and across the city duomo and plazas.

We didn’t like the itty bitty shower.
