M&E house city center private parking

Absolutely stunning quality, brand new apartment. Super clean and very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and nice bedroom. We loved the host, who was soo friendly. Very close to the center of Agios Nikolaos. Just a brief walk to the cosy city center. Absolutely recommended.

One small gripe: There is not much natural light in the apartment. Only one wall has a window. It did not bother us.

Stravos is a great owner of this beautiful new flat. He is good and quick to contact and can help with everything. The flat is new and has everything. I felt like I was a first time guest there as it was so clean and everything looked new. Air conditioning of the highest standard in both the living room and bedroom. Very comfortable bed and great wardrobe. All the cooking items are included in the flat. New fridge. Super WiFi so if anyone is thinking of working in this flat go ahead. We were welcomed by the owner with traditional Greek Raki and fruit ;) this was really good and rare in my previous trips. Plus the water in the fridge a big plus. The flat is located right in the centre. To the beach 100m. To the shop and super restaurant 200m. For a delicious coffee 200m. The flat has a certificate of disinfection Covid19 so if you are afraid of pandemic problems here you do not have to. In addition you will get from the owner some tips what is worth seeing and where is worth eating something. I highly recommend this flat. If I return to Agios Nikolaos it will certainly in the same place.
