Spacious apartment, clean, nice kitchen and balcony. the location is close to the center, parking was not difficult. The windows had good isolation to keep out the street noise, and blackout shutters to ensure a good sleep. The bathroom was well stacked.

The elevator was not working. It was an issue to climb 3 flights of stairs with bags. Apparently it was not working for some months, but the flat is still advertised as elevator-accessible. The balcony was noisy but this is unavoidable on the main street. The light in the bathroom was weak.
