وجود صراصير وتم تنبيه المسئول عن استلام الشقه بانه يجب الاهتمام بالنظافه .. ايضاً توقيت الخروج كان الاتفاق الخروج 11:30 الا انه تم ازعاجنا بطرق الجرس الساعه ال11

وجود خدمات من ماركت ومطاعم وقربه من مطعم لبنان ولكن لم اجربه ومسجد

غير نظيفه عند استلام الشقه وطلبنا اعاده تنظفيها لا يوجد استقبال ماء المسبح غير نظيف وجود حشرات عباره عن شقق سكنيه استثماريه الفريق المهتم بالنظافه لا توجد لديهم خبره في ذلك والسعر مرتفع علي الشقه

"Neglected Beautiful place"

Location of the property, the layout and size of the 3 bedroom apartment which are 2 floors, it was on the 7th floor and the views were nice. The manager of the apartment was fast and we liked dealing with him. Good lundry place to hang cloths to dry. But all in a sad situation apartment:(

Its a shame that a beautiful property like this is not taken care of. Very dirty with stains on towels and bedsheets. Disgusting actually even after requesting to change them, the new ones were still stained! The fans were not cleaned. Broken cabinets were not replaced. Broken dryer! Kitchen spatula melted. Curtains dont close fully. Mold on ceiling. Washing machine has mold in the soap drawer. AC in master bedroom not cooling. Heater in master not working.

"A very pleasant stay. Mostly the apartment was great. The pool was amazing & the location was great."

Good communication

A series of repeated emails from booking.com demanding money - our details had been hacked. Other guests also experienced this. The kitchen facilities were bare - we had hand soap but nothing else. No dish brush or liquid, no tea towels etc. a little extra would go a long way. No hot water in the showers.

Checking in and out was handled very nicely and fast

Some minor issues with the room - ie. ceiling leaks; faucet not working properly and condition of ironing board.

"Fantastic Ferringhi By The Sea!"

Great location on the beach at Batu Ferringhi. Easy access to beach, restaurants and nightly fire displays. Easy walk to shops and restaurants- near beautiful Ferringhi Gardens. Apartment spacious and well designed. Manager helpful and pleasant. Saw dusky leaf monkeys each morning.

Both management and booking.com personnel professionally managed scam emails received- heads up for anyone getting scam emails.
