I am extremely disappointed with how this booking was handled. When I made the reservation, the property was clearly advertised as a Free Cancellation booking. However, when I unfortunately fell ill and was unable to travel, I attempted to cancel the reservation in accordance with the stated booking conditions. Instead of receiving assistance, I was repeatedly passed back and forth between Booking.com and the property owner. Booking.com advised me to contact the property, while the property owner insisted that cancellation was not possible and that the full rental amount would be charged. Neither party took responsibility for resolving the issue or honoring the terms under which the booking was made. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and highly unprofessional. A booking platform and property owner should provide clear, consistent information and honor the cancellation policy advertised at the time of booking. The lack of coordination between both parties resulted in poor customer service and left me feeling misled as a customer. I would not recommend this property based on my experience. The booking and cancellation process was poorly managed, and customer concerns were not handled fairly or transparently.

Just love everything about the apartment, the check in was so easy and fast, the cleanliness is top notch, very comfortable bed, and the view of the pool, the garden and the sea was so amazing. Definitely will come back ❤️
