Beautiful apartment and pool area. Right on the beach front. Staff and security very nice people.

There is some noise from the fireshow and entertainment happening every night.

Overall, this is probably one of the best places in Batu Ferringhi if you want to stay in an apartment hotel without breakfast and housekeeping. The location is good, close to everything, and there is a pleasant part of the beach with beach bars and sun loungers for rent just below. Lovely pool – clean, spacious, and not very crowded. The staff were easy to get in touch with.

The apartment had a musty smell when we arrived. There were brown stains on the bed sheets and on all the towels, which were also worn. The sofa was stained as well. The two futons that were supposed to be included were crammed into the wardrobe and were dirty, and there were no sheets for them. When we asked for sheets for the futon and clean sheets for the beds, as well as new towels, we received sheets for the futon the next day and new towels, but the bed sheets were not changed. The bathroom and the kitchen were, however, cleaned to an acceptable standard. The pool, as mentioned, was nice, but eight sun loungers in total for all guests is too few. There was extremely loud music from a restaurant down on the beach until midnight, although it was not very noticeable inside the apartment. The apartment is smaller than it appears in the photos.

Best location, very clean, and many extras such as toys and books, a washing machine, dryer, perfect for a family beach trip
