The host "Finke" he is very polite and professional. We liked the kitchen because we love cooking, The ocean view is amazing from the balcony. Very good location. the good thing about the car park is private and secured with remote key to enter & exiting the car park. And not very far the gym that I usually go to ☺️

Very nice apartment in a quiet, peaceful place right on the ocean. The location is ideal - shops and taverns around, easy access to all the sights of Tenerife. Closed private parking, which always has plenty of space, which was very important to us. Great terrace to have breakfast and sit in the evenings, watching the spectacular view of the ocean. Going down the stairs, a black beach with free umbrellas, many beautiful walking paths. There is a rooftop swimming pool with a relaxation area. The apartment is sparkling clean, equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed, lots of towels, everything in the kitchen for cooking, there are beach accessories. But most importantly - the responsive and communicative host Finke, who met us with the keys, gave good advice and arranged for us to check out later. Thank you, Finke, we will definitely come back! Very good value for money, I recommend!

Location was good. Good value for money. Our host Finke was fantastic. He gave us so many tips about what to see and do as well as recommendations for restaurants, groceries, and even where to buy cigars

The apartment is a bit worn and could use some updates.

The view from the property is absolutely stunning. The location is great. There is a beach right in front of the building. Very convenient.

Unfortunately one thing that bothered us was the non cleanliness of the apartment. We had to spend the first two days of our holiday cleaning. Not really what you want to be doing on your vacation. We were very disappointed about that as we never found ourselves in such a situation.

Wonderful stay, the host is the most welcoming, positive person with great advice about the island. Location right next to the beach. The beach is calm, not very crowded. Security in the area, parking spot, the apartment is very clean and perfect for the sunrise in the morning.
