Excelente ubicación si estás en auto. Excelente el precio y la infraestructura. Cocina completa, 2 ambientes, balcón, sillas de playa y sombrilla más heladerita todo de cortesía. 2da vez que nos alojamos y lo volvería a elegir. La mejor playa de floripa a 3 minutos de auto o 15 cuadras por ruta. PARKING SEGURO siempre disponible. Tranquilo, Limpio, cómodo, lindo. El verdadero 3B... BUENO/BONITO/BARATO.

Mais ce qui rend ce lieu vraiment unique, c’est l’accueil des propriétaires : un professionnalisme et une gentillesse rares, comme on en rencontre peu en voyage. On se sent attendu, respecté et sincèrement bienvenu. Une adresse précieuse où l’on vient… et où l’on a déjà envie de revenir.

La verdad todo me gustó muchísimo! A pesar de que en las fotos se ve increíble el lugar, verlo en persona es aún mejor. Cuenta con absolutamente todo lo necesario para pasar unos días super relajados. Hasta contaba con adaptadores universales para quienes no teníamos, así que nos vino de 10! La atención y amabilidad de Gilberto, lo más destacable de todo, siempre atento y siempre ayudándonos con nuestras consultas! Muy recomendado su hospedaje. Sin duda, volveremos ♡

El lugar es muy bonito tal cual como se ve en las fotos, la atención de los anfitriones es muy buena y nos dieron una cortesía de bienvenida, el aseo del lugar es perfecto, también destacar que el departamento tiene sillas de playa , quita sol y cooler , que es una ventaja y así uno no tiene que preocuparse por alquilar eso.
