The place was spot on, very clean, well organized, very modern, right in the center, only a few minutes walk from the restaurants, super market and the sights worth visiting. The bed was comfortable, clean. Towels and bathroom aminities were also very good. The parking space was just another plus.

Getting in to the property was a bit tricky, we couldn't find the key that easily. Unfortunately there were no coffe capsules nor tea.

The shower was difficult to control to maintain a comfortable temperature.

That there were no basic things in the kitchen such as a bit of salt, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, …

Really enjoyed the space of the property in a good position in Castello Branco.

in January the property was quite cold and the heating was not really sufficient enough to make it cosy. We had a problem with the electrics during our stay which didn’t help and took a while to sort! There seemed to be a lot of personal ornaments around which made it difficult to feel the place was ours !

Great location, lovely apartment, well equipped.

Parking. Wwe have a large car a Nissan Navara. Because of bad parking on the street it makes it difficult to turn through the gates. Ended up parking about 5 mins away. This is not the owners fault. Two cars, one either side of the gate had parked enough across the entrance to make it difficult. We watched a smaller car struggle to leave.

It would have been more appropriate to have received instructions about the keys before arrival via a notification (as with other hosts) and not having to call on the phone
