A localização do residencial é excelente, bem perto da praia e com vizinhança bem tranquila. O acesso também era facil. Precisava só de senha (nao precisava de chave ou nada fisico) e isso ajuda muito.

A limpeza. Tinha um chiclete colado na parede do lado do colchao, alguns respingos na parede e muita formiga espalhada pelo ap.

Localização ótima, apartamento completo, confortável.

Nada a a reclamar, a única.surpresa foi boa, pois nas fotos não parecia que a beliche era de casal, então isso foi uma surpresa boa

"Apartamento bem localizado; bom imóvel, mas pode melhorar a estrutura"

Apartamento em condomínio muito bem localizado; em 5 min vc chega na praia; sacada com vista para a piscina e para a rua; local sossegado.

O ar condicionado da suíte não estava funcionando a pleno (refrigerava parcialmente); o vaso sanitário comum deu problema na descarga e a geladeira não refrigerava o suficiente (o freezer funcionou bem).

"Its a cheap option, not worth a penny more and you get what you pay for"
