O residencial Garcia é muito bom pela acolhida dos donos que foram excelentes, pela localização do bairro Monte Verde onde tem tudo : supermercado, restaurante e o shopping Floripa. O lugar atendeu minhas expectativas na relação custo benefício e o espaço oferece tudo o que mostra. Gostei mesmo . Eu fui bem recebida pelo Marlon e sua mãe. Até a máquina de lavar eu pude usar. Recomendo à todos.
