A localização é boa, em relação ao acesso da praia e ao mercado. Há possibilidade de estacionar dentro do pátio. Proprietário foi flexível no horario do check out.

Apartamento deixa a desejar na infraestrutura oferecida. Descarga com pouca vasão (entompe facilmente). Nao havia roupas de cama para sofá cama, nem toalhas para todos. O proprietário ofereceu depois lençóis guardados em lugar de pouco limpeza. Não havia papel higiênico, nem esqueiro para ascender o fogão. Proprietário se desculpou, mesmo assim, poderia se preocupoar mais com a qualidade e limpeza do local antes de disponibilizar para aluguel a terceiros.
