O apartamento estava bem cuidado e tinha o básico necessário para uma boa estadia. O self checkin funcionou.

A conversa com a empresa que administra o imóvel não é igual a de um proprietário direto. Não fluiu da mesma forma, mas não chegamos a ter um problema específico para relatar.

Localização boa. Apartamento razoável.

A comunicação com os anfitriões deixou muito a desejar, as orientações presentes no app não batiam com a comunicação via WhatsApp, o que faz com o que o hóspede se sinta perdido, desorientado. Além disso, faltaram orientações sobre a garagem com portão super apertado e portão com temporizador, que baixou em cima do meu carro, ainda bem que poucos danos. Também devo ressaltar que o anfitrião faz propaganda de "taxas por nossa conta" em letras grandes, ai coloca em letra muitíssimo pequena "excluída a taxa de limpeza", o que induz a pessoa que vai alugar ao erro, caracterizando uma propaganda enganosa
