Die sehr großzügige Wohnung im 4.OG mit Aufzug und 2 Balkonen bietet schöne Ausblicke und eine nicht einsehbare Wohnsituation. Foto was made like 10 years ago, don’t hope to see the same on arrival. I believe already long time ago its need of major renovation. Pretty dirty, with a broken things everywhere . Not an all items like an electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave in a room.. And finally pls fix washing machine , drain water into the sink not so good idea. The most funny to receive sms were they asking to fix toilet b4 I go🤣 Nice try.

The apartment was spacious, well located and had everything we needed.

It felt homely, though a little dated in some parts, especially the bathroom pipes.

Casa Turchese è un appartamento a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Recanati. È molto vicino anche alla fermata del bus e a molti ristoranti, quindi molto comoda per spostarsi. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il doppio terrazzino sul mare, che rende il tutto molto rilassante e magico. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile. In casa ci sono molti utensili a disposizione. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ci sono delle stanze dell'appartamento che avrebbero necessità di ristrutturazione (bagno e cucina). Ci sono dettagli, non proprio trascurabili, che con un po' di attenzione potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere l'appartamento meno antiquato e più gradevole.

Literie moyenne , pas de climatisation dans les chambres , une grosse rénovation a prévoir des parties communes pour acceder au logement, une vitre a la cuisine, salle de bon a rénover, mettre en place un conduit pr la machine a laver car aller ds le lavabo. Équiper le logement avec bouilloire, micro ondes et machine a café cela dépanne
