Miła obsługa, czystość w pokojach.

Nothing, very bad dirty apartment sofas had no cushion, and sofa cum bed was not turning into bed, as per owner we need to get trained to pull sofa and convert into bed. There was dirty smell in whole apartment.

There was dirty smell in whole apartment. The staff is very old and rude and unfriendly. Also they seem some gang type as we didn’t stay there and still took all the money.. we left apartments immediately in 1-2 hours as smell was unbearable. Curtains bed sheets sofa everything was dirty.

Zentrale Lage ist zwar gut, aber man muss im Parkhaus parken. Wphnung hat gut platz, preis für Frankfurt war ok.

Matraze zu hart.

Our flight landed in the evening but the staff refused to stay back 30-45 minutes for us to arrive (check in time is until 8pm). They asked me to organise for someone else to pick up the key for us. When I did that they said that it’s too complicated and asked me to cancel my booking THE DAY BEFORE MY ARRIVAL. I refused however they didn’t open the door for the person who I organised to pick up the keys for us. This meant that they left us stranded on the day of our arrival so when we landed that night I was frantically searching for an alternative accommodation. Luckily we found one but at a much higher price because the more reasonable ones were booked out. Throughout they have been very unprofessional and unresponsive.

The property has a great location, pretty close to the center. It is good public transportation nearby.

The hot water also took a little while to come on when running the shower and required a short wait before you could use it.

Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Innenstadt and der bekannten Zeil. Öffnetliche Verbindungen gleich vor Ort.

Die Frankfurter Innenstadt ist schon etwas herunter gekommen. Schade.
