Location is perfect

Beds are not up to mark , need renovations, and sleeping is not comfortable

A couple notes why I think it is a scam and the 2 guests had to find another hotel: 1. The apartment wasn't at the address advertised in the booking 2. The check in process was awful, nothing automated or no key safe but we had to coordinate with someone over WhatsApp, which is very hard when people come by plane and there are delays, traffic, etc... The person on WhatsApp was amenable however. 3. I specifically said that the guests (Chinese and Korean) don't speak German, the person that came for check in didn't speak a word of English 4. They asked if only girls were sleeping here - which was very unsettling and the guests felt very uneasy and unsafe 5. They asked again for all information, even though everything was already filled out in Booking 6. The apartment didn't look at all like the advertised pictures when I booked. The pictures on Booking were of another apartment. 7. After booking I saw other pictures on the ad than before booking - and still the apartment didn’t have the same furniture as on these pictures, the floor was very old and black from use or being unclean 8. why did booking automatically gave a 10/10 review before I actually wrote the review??? In the end, the girls didn't sleep there, I gave the keys back after 2nd night (because we were here on business and didn't expect or have time to deal with such scammy, unprofessionnal behaviour) and nevery heard anything or never got any money back/compensation. totally unacceptable, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They left me outside I couldn’t check in they accepted my reservation at 7:54. And the expected me to check in a 20:00 . I have 20 minutes find the place cause it was not at the same location on google map as deferents comment confirm

I will not complaining till I get justice I Wiill contact my loyer to work on them
