The location was very good near the beach, near restaurants, shops and a bus stop and railway station. The host and his girlfriend were super-nice and helpful. The host answered all questions swiftly and assisted when it was needed. I really appreciate that I got help with my heavy bags. I had a nice stay with visits to the nearby beach and Taormina by bus. The studio was functionally equipped, nicely decorated in a summery, seaside style and everythjng worked fine.

There was no private outside space, but on the other hand I spent most of the time on the beach, and the restaurants nearby were good. Good value for money.

It was my second stay at MarEtna - as good as the first one was. Apartment is very clean, well equipped, close to bus stop and train station.

The area is safe and on a quiet street. Easy access to the bus station to Taormina. Nice and responsible host. The apartment is pleasant, clean, and comfortable with all you need.

The noise and late-night talks from the neighbor's apartment which is separated by only one locked door.

The apartment was very very nice and had everything you need. Looked brand new! We only saw the host Sergio briefly two times during our stay of 3 nights, but he answered immediately when we sent him a question on the phone. . The railway station was only 500 meter away which was very practical since we went by train to other places on the island

For us who are in the late 70thies the distance to restaurants, bars and the best beaches was too far for walking. But the bus station was next door so it was not a big problem, only unpractical. As to transport from Catania airport to the apartment we were offered taxi from the host for Euro 85 which for us was far too expensive, although it is a long distance. We took instead the bus which took us close to the place and cost us only Euro 12 total for 2 people as far as we remember.
