Loft Panorama di Naxos

Location is perfect, just by the beach. Bakery, grocery store and good restaurant just outside. Nice view over the ocean from bacony - and a little bit away from the most touristy places ☺️ The host was also very nice and helpful.

The sofa bed was not optimal to sleep on (we were 5), quite noisy from the street and not much warm water.

We loved the location. Perfect beachside property. All amenities are very close and easy to walk to. It was easy to walk to local supermarket and other shops. Cafés and restaurants nearby were plentiful. Public transport locally is excellent, it's reliable, frequent and cheap. The location is perfect to visit Taormina, Castelmola, Etna, Catania and great for visiting the scenes of the "Godfather" film. A boat trip is a fantastic local option at this location too! We loved the facilities that were provided. The apartment was well furnished and well equipped. All that is required to cook and eat was available and also a washing machine. Piero was an excellent host. He met us at the start and end of the holiday (even though we arrived and left late) and he gave excellent assistance about the local area. He was always friendly, polite, and was available to respond quickly with useful information. He helped us on arrival (and departure) with our bags up the stairs to the apartment and allowed us to leave luggage on the last day as we had an evening flight. Piero was a true gentleman! We were surprised to be in an apartment that was not the one on the pictures on the Booking.Com website, it was a different apartment next door. But this was not a problem because we had an extra bedroom which was a really good bonus thank you.

We had some problems with hot water, which we were told were because of low water pressure when we asked about this. The traffic in the road at the front and back of the apartment was busy, and parking was challenging, especially at the weekend. But the parking permit we were given was very useful indeed! There is an interconnecting door between apartments, and we were disturbed one night by noisy neighbours in the early hours.

I highly recommend this wonderful place :) the apartments are great - clean, well-equipped and with a beautiful view. Piero is the best host :) he helped us a lot, for which we are very grateful.

The host was very responsive and wonderful! Bed was super comfy and the view was amazing. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the washing machine was an added bonus.

Lack of hot water and pressure in the shower, but Pietro was quick to respond to assist whenever we needed him.

Great location away from main tourist hub but with lots of local shops cafes and restaurants nearby. Lovely beach across the road with no sun beds so lots of space . Property has 2 umbrellas which was an unexpected bonus. Pietro was a fantastic host , so helpful and friendly
