Parking is not as advertised, no garage/ no pre booking as advertised. Very difficult to find. kitchen could have a towel. Disposing of a rubbish was not straight forward had to take with us and couldn’t not leave it around the flat street.

This apartment (advertised for 6 people) was one of our most disappointing rental experiences. First, the location is incorrectly marked on the Booking.com map. It is actually 250 meters South of the indicated spot on the map (wrong location corresponds to one of the few areas where the railway is farer from the building). This is a neglect which is misleading. As a result, both bedrooms are located directly next to the train line (see first picture), and the noise is constant throughout the night - that many trains on this line ! We were frequently woken up in both bedrooms. Hygiene and comfort were also serious issues. - The bathroom has a persistent sewer smell, which has been mentioned in previous reviews as far back as July 2024. It’s disappointing that no action has been taken since. - The one of the bedrooms has a damp, musty odor that requires keeping the windows open all day. - The kitchen is very poorly equipped for six guests (we were 5): only 3 large plates, no scissors, a minimal number of glasses, and just 4 mugs. We had to mix and match smaller bowls and plates to manage meals. Other issues: - Window shutters are old and difficult to close properly (see photo). - Although the listing mentions “free parking,” there is no dedicated private parking. Only public street parking is available, and it can take considerable time to find a spot nearby.

View was great and when was a sunny day everything was ok. Close to the beach. Nice shops downstairs

Terrace was our living room and it was raining for 4/7 days of our stay. If we wanted to go to the kitchen and make ourselves a coffee or anything we had to pass through the rain. Windows were leaking and air con not always working.

The terrace , the location close to ocean and the facility to take city bus to get to Taormina, the reason of our stay there .

The foul odour coming from the bathroom!!! Also the train tracks behind the apartment… that was very disturbing to hear from our bedroom at night !!!

Especially the location, the staff was so helpful and kind

The sharp stairs are so hard while carrying the luggage;so especially for the families/groups have big luggages it is needed some facilities to carry. Secondly, serving some bottles of water is a standart practice in every property; it would be good to have this welcome service.

Location is good, few steps from the sea, restaurants and market. Few minutes drive from Taormina. The terrace is amazing, lots of sun and shadow and space for relaxing and dining. Kitchen was functional and living room was comfortable. The apartment was clean. The host was very friendly and tried to support us on every small request to make our stay more comfortable, for example the hairdryer was not working properly and he immediately provided us with a new one.

Stairs to the apartment were very narrow and steep, bringing up luggage and a child was not an easy task. Train line is right behind the building so it took some time to get used to the noise. In addition there were works to the municipality cloak in the previous days so during our stay we had a bad smell in the bathroom that was reaching also the bedroom. Of course not the fault of the host.
