information regarding access to the property wasn't clear missing info for key pad, was asked to pay an additional £20 to access the property at 2pm when you have to depart at 11am - 3hrs to clean should be sufficient time. The description says seafront which it wasn't so a little disappointed on that. It wasn't advised that scaffolding was put outside the property. The sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on even for kids. However, it was clean and nice apartment just not sure it warrants £250 per night.

parking was terrible and had to pay because someone else was using the space allocated got hold off the owner and told park on road which want very safe with younger people drinking out there so cost an additional £36 pound

The host provided items such as coffee, milk, sugar which was very thoughtful.

Stayed in the 1 bed next door last year and was very impressed so booked this time into 2 bed as only available. Easy keyless access, good location, parking behind or opposite the building. Spacious rooms and living area. Nikki & Stef the hosts were really great with constant communication to ensure everything was OK. Would definitely recommend again.

Although not a problem for me, just be mindful that there are no lifts as its a listed building so if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues might find this difficult and would need to make a few trips up and down the narrow stairs.

Hard to find parking

The interior of the apartment was exceptional. lovely kitchen and bathroom and comfy beds. The hosts too are great. So organised and efficient with great communication.

The apartment is on a very busy and noisy road with heavy loud traffic throughout the night. There is also a bar/pub somewhere nearby that was playing very loud music until 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. Ordinarily neither would be a problem in the colder months with the windows closed but in the summer during a heatwave when we needed the windows open it was so loud and made it so hard to sleep.
