Jays Bay Entire Luxury Apartment by the Beach Gt Yarmouth

Hosts were fab, met on arrival, given codes for gate and door, explained the apartments functionality, had some little extras we weren't expecting like tea and coffee and small breakfast cereal boxes and milk in the fridge. The rooms were very well decorated and clean throughout. The location of the room is central to all sea front amenities, it was quiet at night and quite private. We've stayed in Great Yarmouth every year for many years and this place is by far the best standard.

The only thing that some travellers might not like is the steep stairs to the bedroom, it wasn't a problem for me and my wife, I'm 55 and my wife is 51, they are akin to what you'd see in a standard terraced house so not horrendous by any means but if you are a bit immobile you could struggle a bit.

the parking was hit and miss if you moved your car. could always find a space just driving around the block though.

Great central location, but benefits from private entrance and courtyard. Modern and luxurious feel to the apartment. Comfortable king size bed.

We would have benefited from a few more utensils, such as veg peeler (for extra ease), but most other items were available.

Jane & Simon met us on arrival, showed us where to park our car & had arranged a permit for parking. The Apartment was clean, fab, fresh, & a couple of mins walk to the beach. The bed was extremely comfy & I absolutely loved the fact that the bedroom was below ground level so we didn't wake up early to the sound of the screeching, squawking, screaming seagulls, yay! :-)

There was nothing that I didn't like. I would definitely 100% stay here again.
