Rose Residence

It was very easy to find the location, being very close to the main street, without feeling the traffic. Very close is a restaurant with very good food and reasonable prices. A few minutes' walk away is the Ariniş Park. The apartments were very clean, with furniture that smelled like new. The kitchen was equipped with coffee makers (full of coffee beans from the house), tea, dishwasher, microwave, elegant stove. The staff was friendly.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has everything you need.

If you arrive at night the entrance may be difficult to find.

This is an exquisite and luxurious apartment! The proprietor exceeded our expectations and met all of our needs.

The only thing this venue lacks is an elevator, but this wonderful apartment was well-worth the extra steps to climb!

The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped, communication very good, my daughter forgot a ring there and he sent us a message straight away. I would definetly come back!

Nice apartment with good facilities, good for families 👪.

Make sure you agre with the check out time , we asked for an additional hour and we found that it was not possible, apart from that all was ok .
