Vracíme se po několikáté. Krásnně zařízené apartmány. Skvělý servis Kuchyň dostatečně vybavená.

Wir haben zum dritten Mal unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Wir sind super zufrieden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin Jana ist super lieb und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Tobias, Finn und Dorothee

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Generationen zu Besuch und haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Es war so ein warmer Empfang mit gemütlicher Beleuchtung, Snacks und Getränken. Es war alles da, was wir für den Urlaub brauchten. Für die Entdeckung der reichlichen Spielsachen hätten die Kinder noch mehr Urlaubstage gebraucht. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei (den wenigen) Wünschen wurde sofort reagiert und sie wurden schnellstmöglich erfüllt.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln und wir haben absolut nichts vermisst.

One of the best accommodation experiences! Host: Jana is a wonderful host! Upon arrival, we received lovely welcome treats — gingerbread cookies, lemonade, and wine. Jana was always available and shared plenty of helpful advice on what to see nearby, as well as useful links about ski resorts, castles, and other interesting places. Apartment: Everything was clean and beautifully arranged, and the apartment had everything we needed. The heating is easy to adjust and works perfectly. The bedroom has comfortable, large beds, cozy duvets, and nice pillows. The shower always had hot water; towels, shower gel, and soap were provided. The kitchen is fully equipped — dishes (plates, cups, pots, and a frying pan), a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine. A few coffee capsules were provided at check-in, and if you need more, you can buy them in the shared hallway. In the common area, there are many toys and board games — a real paradise for children! Yard: There is private parking for each apartment, and a large free public parking area just behind the fence. Outside, there are plenty of fun activities for kids — a slide, swings, toys, bicycles… There’s also a fire pit and a barbecue area, with firewood provided. Location: Great location — just a 10-minute drive to Pec pod Sněžkou and Janské Lázně. A beautiful hiking trail starts right next to the house, across the bridge. There’s a small grocery store just across the road, and an excellent restaurant about 25 minutes on foot (or 5 minutes by car). This is one of the few places I would truly love to return to in the future.

There was a slight smell of dampness when entering the house, possibly due to the nearby river and humid weather. However, it disappears after a few seconds, and you quickly stop noticing it. It didn’t affect our stay in any way. There’s a road near the house, but during the colder season with the windows closed, it’s barely noticeable — not a problem at all for me.

Bardzo udany pobyt w odnowionym, zadbanym domu z duszą. W mieszkaniu było wszystko, czego potrzeba: akcesoria kuchenne, wygodna łazienka, wygodne łóżka. Miło spędzaliśmy czas na świeżym powietrzu przed domem, gdzie mogliśmy zrobić grilla lub ognisko. Obok dobry sklep mięsny, niedaleko sklep z pamiątkami z Karkonoszy oraz dobra gospoda. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania tej części Czech. Serdecznie polecamy!
