"Iwonicz jest piękny!!"

Było bardzo miło wrócić tu po 3 latach. Aparatament trzymaja jakość. Eleganckie i przestrzenne pomieszczenia . Łóżka wygodne jest też pralka, zmywarka i żelasko. Pokoje i łazienka czyste. W budynku sa dwa apartamnety na piętrze i sklep spożywczy na parterze, parking prywatny przy budynku. Lokalizacja na plus jeśli chodzi na bliskość do centrum, a na minus po otwaciu okna słychać samochody. Własicielka bardzo miła i pomocna. Chętnie tu wrócę!

Brak klimatyzacji bo przy otwartym oknie słychać samochody.

"Komfortowe miejsce na każdy pobyt."

Ładne uporządkowane miejsce na krótki i dłuższy pobyt. Mimo, że wydaje się odległe od centrum, to jest to tylko kilka dodatkowych kroków. W dodatku, bez konieczności wspinania się pod górkę. Właściwie Jedynka, jest już w ścisłym centrum, chociaż nie jest to centralny plac. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu. Wewnątrz wszelkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Niektóre, w formie występującej bardzo sporadycznie w innych obiektach tego typu. Jest możliwość ustawienia własnego samochodu, bez dodatkowych opłat miejskich. I mamy komfort ustawienia auta w stałym miejscu. Właściciele akceptują pobyt z psem. Tereny zielone w sąsiedztwie, dają możliwość spacerów ze zwierzęciem. Wydzielona sypialnia, oddzielona drzwiami od części dziennej jest także atutem. I czystość, widać dbałość o ten aspekt.
