AQUALIA Apartment 1

Owner met with me with the keys, was very kind and in touch if I needed him to be. Loved this apartment, a kaleidoscope of light and jewelled colour and sea. Great access to restaurants, tours and cute little supermarkets. Have a lovely light-filled stay.

Didn’t understand the locks on the windows but soon sorted that out, no probs!

I could not fault this accomodations at all. They went above and beyond to help me, particularly when I left one day early as I got confused. The location is spectacular, I would sit on the balcony and just watch the sea. The owner was very gracious and carried my suitcase up and down. Plenty of water supplied as well as breakfast things. Kitchen with all plates and utensils Restaurants on the water one staircase away. I was so impressed with everything and I rate them and 11 out of 10. Special thanks to the owners daughter who answered all my inquiries ( I am super grateful)

The only thing I didn't like is that it didn't have a sign. Three young Italian tourists helped me find the accommodation

Szép szállás, modern, jól felszerelt, ízléses berendezés, központi elhelyezkedes. Szuper, hogy 2 erkély tartozik hozzá, az egyik hatalmas, gyönyörű kilátással. Közel van minden bolt és étterem. Az ablakok jól szigeteltek, szinte minden zajt kiszurnek. Az elég nagy, kényelmesen elfer 2 ember.

Éjszaka nagyon zajos, nyitott ablaknál aludni füldugó nélkül nem egyszerű. A víz hőmérsékletet nem lehet állítani és nyomás sincs legtöbbször. A klíma nagyon koszos volt, nekünk kellett kitakaritani. A szemét elszállítása nehézkes, nincs a közelben nagyobb konténer.

Svært ukomfortabel seng - nesten helseskadelig å sove i. I en lengre periode var det ikke noe trykk i vannet, slik at det var umulig å dusje. Gjennomgående dårlig utstyrt. Stor veranda, men bare to stoler og et bord. Lite utstyr på kjøkkenet. Generelt dårlig vedlikeholdt og virker ikke som noe blir investert i leiligheten. Låser som setter seg fast (som andre har nevnt for lenge siden), dører som er vanskelig å åpne, dårlig wifi o.l. Ikke store problemer i seg selv, men det blir litt slitsomt i lengden. Vi måtte faktisk sjekke ut tidlig for vi kunne ikke bo et sted hvor det både var umulig å dusje OG få seg en god natts søvn.

Sentralt i sentrum, og nært stranden.

Ingen ting å klage på.

We especially loved relaxing on the balcony at night and taking in the incredible view, among many other things!

Location, 3rd floor balcony, air conditioning

1) Bed was extremely uncomfortable ( host said it’s like all other places) Couch was not much better. 2) Oven kept tripping the breaker, and the host actually blamed us saying we ran the 2 air conditioners and washer at the same time (which we had not done!) 3) Door lock to the patio kept sticking in the locked position. 4) Host gave us incomplete information as to where trash cans were located. 5) Host actually entered into our unit at 11:42 prior to checkout while I was in the shower and my wife was getting dressed, check-out was printed at 12:00, and we e-mailed them prior we would leave at 12:00. He then told us check-out was 11:00.

We liked a lot the location of the appartment. Very conveniently located in the port of Karpathos (Nea Pigadia). Great view to the port, thought quite and very comfortable. Owners met us upon arrival and handed the keys, explaining room facilities and parking space. Friendly and polite, ready to assist during the whole of our stay to the island. Room was very clean, bed and pillows at excellent condition, towels new and soft. All facilities like coffee maker, boiler, fridge, toaster, cuttlery available in the room

I would like to have cleaning services every 2-3 days which was not part of the agreement but it would be good to have the option and it it would be also good to know that there would be two stairs to reach the apartment on the 2nd floor. If someone has disabilities or kinetic problems it would be tough.
