The accommodation is ok. But i am giving a very low rating because of the way the owner/operator is handling the return of my deposit.
I find the owner/operator not trustworthy since they did not immediately transfer my deposit right after I checked out. I checked out on 28/12/24 and have yet to receive my deposit when I am writing this review (4/2/25). They kept on saying that they will transfer the deposit but never did.

Clean. Hot water. Powerful shower. Wifi. Parking. Location is close to amenities (Kota Damansara has far too many choices of eateries, shops, hairdresser, tailor etc) and transport (walking distance to Surian LRT station). Owner was helpful and always available to answer all questions. Took a while to work out the parking access method but owner was on hand to guide and answer all enquiries.
Swimming pool was unavailable on the day we wanted to use. Nothing the owner could have done about it. But if the building manager had put an early notice then it would help immensely.
