Dobry rozkład apartamentu, otwarty salon z aneksem kuchennym i miejscem do jedzenia. Przestronna łazienka, duży prysznic. Dobrze wyposażony apartament : pralka w łazience, zmywarka i piecyk w kuchni : dziś z reguły apartamenty wyposażone jedynie w płytę grzewczą, dlatego duży plus za to. Można prać i gotować, co przydatne przy dłuższym pobycie. Spokojna okolica, sklep spożywczy na parterze.

Apartament nr 5 na poddaszu, dla osoby powyżej 190cm bywał momentami problematyczny ze względu na skosy, jednak nie było to bardzo męczące. Szerokość łóżka tylko 140cm, niewiele jak na dzisiejsze standardy dla 2 osób.

Kanapa wymaga gruntownego czyszczenia zwłaszcza część materaca po rozłożeniu... Po poprzednich gościach w środku była nawet jakaś zwinięta chusteczka - nie badałem co może mieć więcej. Toster: chciałem skorzystać ale po otwarciu zrezygnowałem...
