"Fabulous"

The property was clean & spacious. Most importantly it was a 5 minute walk to my daughter’s apartment & 5 minutes to town. The location was ideal.

It was a little dark but it is a basement apartment so didn’t expect anything else.

"Could be good if sorted out"

Spacious, quiet flat in a good location. Clean. Part of an impressive terrace of regency houses

Worn-out open coil mattresses on all beds. Worn out kitchen. No dishwasher. Parking pass was out of date. Health and Safety - the central heating circulation temperature is too high, also the hot water temperature, washing line is hanging loose, the garden shed is unlocked & full of moss killer etc. toaster blows fuseboard breaker & bathroom light is unsuitable for zone 2. Front step needs repair before it collapses. Damp in smaller bedroom. Bath shower area mouldy.

"Very good"

A lovely flat, centrally located and in a quiet area. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of facilities. A short walk to the main street in Leamington but there are plenty of restaurants and pubs even closer. There's a grocery store within a 5 min walk from the flat.

There are step steps down to the apartment- not a negative but to be aware of.

"lovely stay in a lovely location"

the location, just a couple of minutes walk to the town centre. very comfy beds.

if I had to find anything we didn’t like, it would just be exceptionally hot water, and the TV was small.

"Good for a couple or small family."

The apartment is a basement flat in a quiet square close to the Parade (the high street). easy to find. parking permit was very useful. spacious flat. 2 bedrooms. well equipped kitchen. bathroom has a bathtub/shower, toilet and a small washbasin. well heated with an option of as required heating booster. wifi worked well. not much noise from outside or floor above. both fridge and freezer were functioning. has iron and ironing board. overall good experience. good for a couple or a small family.

the lighting in the lounge was very dim. need something brighter especially in winter. Shower is a bit weak, wish it was a bit more powerful. in the kitchen perhaps couple more pots.

"Just what we wanted."

This is a great base to have a holiday. It's very close to shops restaurants and cafes without being noisy at all. It's very clean throughout, and the beds were ultra comfortable. Lovely to have private terrace and a wooded green area just a few steps away.

These weren't deal breakers but I would have liked a separate toaster rather than using the oven grill, and, an explanation where the recycling goes. But please please please do something with the annoying pull light in the bathroom which gets wrapped over the bathroom door!
