"Buona la posizione e la piscina ma per il resto no"

Posizione ottima, fronte mare. Possibilità di parcheggio interno. Piscina pulita e funzionale.

Appartamento veramente minimal con livello di pulizia scarso. Condizionatore con filtro davvero sporco e bagno nei limiti dell’accettabile. Batteria di pentole non sufficiente ( non vi era manco un coperchio ). Nel complesso il costo non merita la locazione.
