Exceptional all around

We liked that it was an apartment as there were 4 of us we could relax in the lounge day as we had a long drive that day

Needs tidying up at the front ( painted) not good image when you arrive

A large, bright and sunny apartment with comfortable beds and a great sofa for lounging on. The kitchen is well equiped and there's a good shower. There were 3 powerful fans provided too which was fabulous as we were there during a heatwave. Our stay was over a weekend and although we could hear lots of lively chatter and good music through the open windows on Fri and Sat, The White Hart had warned us in advance so it wasn't a problem. Llantwit Major is a historic town with some beautiful old buildings and lovely walks around the town and down to the sea.

My only criticism is that the broken vertical blinds at all the windows need to be replaced as they spoil the look of the apartment.

Location so central and the size of the apartment was huge for 4 adults. Also the lounge/dining you could easily host a dinner party.

A lovely big apartment above the pub on the square. Big kitchen, huge living/dining room, comfortable beds and a modern functional bathroom.

We stayed on a warm day for the time of year, and the heating was on in the apartment. Maybe it had to be because it is all part of the same system used by the pub? Anyway the windows had been left open for us and there were fans in the bedrooms and living room, which we did use.

Good location

It’s above a in and restaurant, so on one night it was noise until about 1am, the second night not so late. There isn’t much in the way of soundproofing
