The beach near the app.is not for swimming.The nearest nice beach is aprox.15 min walk away. There is no A/C in the apartment, only fan which is not sufficiant

TV with Netflix - on apartment's own account, excellent wifi, decent sized fridge freezer, very comfortable double bed, modern lounge area and a huge balcony, with an outdoor sofa. We felt secure through having double locked doors. Very quiet at night time, so you can get a good night's sleep.

Kitchen a bit tired and dated (but functional). Cleaning of the apartment is only when you check out. There is a charge to use the sunbeds within the apartment complex each day. A bit pricey for the location.

- The communication was rather easy with the host - Nice (albeit a bit dated) apartment with quite a lot of thought through features (stacked kitchen), welcome gift (some coffee pods, chocolate and cookies) - Lovely terrace with marquise to relax and have breakfast - Nice pool area (with very strict rules and paid lounges though (2€))

- The apartment and its facilities feel a bit dated - Very dusty and oily fans that were provided

Location, very close to los Christianos beach and taxi stand, restaurants. sunlight on the east balcony was superb. on a vacation it’s better to have an east facing balcony as can enjoy that in the morning, afternoon anyhow you are out, so not much use of a west facing sunset balcony. thanks for the coffee and Tascada biscuits, were really good, we in fact bought some. some basics such as salt ( plenty of packets), sugar oil etc are available. washing machine, clothes stand etc. the bed and bed Lenin was fine. sufficient towels were provided.

Dirty floor, very oily fan (in summers you may not like to use it) and chimney in the kitchen, dirty utensils, insufficient bigger coffee mugs, only 4 glass mugs and the rest were small cups, the remote control doesn’t work well, upon asking we were told to press harder but wasn’t enough, for the money such small things should be fixed asap. one of the days was rainy and we wanted to watch TV, luckily screen mirroring works so well. Netflix mirroring works only if you are logged in with the same user, we did not do that, especially owing to the difficult remote. sometimes the hot water stopped, but you can turn up the boiler if you want. the vacuum cleaner was so old and dirty that we did not feel like using it. no dishwasher unfortunately, would have been better for our longer stay. sofa also needs a good clean. some nearby British neighbours were terrible, drunk and yelling in the middle of the night for a few nights in a row, not the fault of the owner.
