La ubicación y el sitio excelente ya que estábamos a pie de playa y teníamos a pie todo lo que necesitábamos.

Felt like you was in an authentic Canarian property. Loved the quaint area. Surrounded by lots of restaurants. Second time we’ve stayed in this property.

Small shower

The apartment is in a good location a bit dated but clean and to the most part comfortable

One thing I found extremely uncomfortable was the shower cubicle that wasn't designed to have a curtain that continually sticks to you

Location cannot be more central, amazing see view, sunrise, kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Just cross the street to access the beach.

Price is very high for the offerings, very basics essentials provided (no napkins, only 1 toilet roll, no shower soap...). Some things require a bit of maintenance: window door cannot be locked, darkening curtains cannot be closed completely because not well mounted with the result that it's bright in the morning, shower head doesn't stay in position. The mobilia is rather old fashioned style, the round table is silly because it takes a lot of space for no reason: a squared one would fit much better. Lighting is not nice and warm, but feels more like an office. Fridge can be a bit noisy. Regarding noise, you can get it also from outside: ppl in the street, morning cleaning of the streets, ships at the bay... So maybe not ideal for prolonged morning sleeping (but why would you sleep? :D) I got the room with the very VERY small sink and it's ridiculous. You can wash one hand a the time, very silly the idea to install something like that. I didn't appreciated that they ask to throw away garbage: for the price I paid (127€ per night) I'd expect this to be handled... But not a big deal, since bins are close.

I really liked the view and it was everything really near. Restaurants, bar, supermarket. I also liked the comfy bed

The first few days the building was undergoing a very noisy renovation for several hours . We reported this to the real estate office . We were sorry to see that there was not much empathy and helpfulness from Nazareth in their response to us .For us silence was of paramount importance the first few days as we were working remotely from the apartment. However, no one told us about the renovations in time. Apart from that we were satisfied with everything On check out day the two ladies at the office were very nice and helpful.
