Sicuramente la posizione è la terrazza. Sono fantastiche. A 5 min da mare a piedi e vicino ci sono mille posti dove mangiare. Zona anche molto tranquilla.

Pulizia un po’ a desiderare. Abbiamo trovato blatte sul terrazzo 3 volte. Il lavandino del bagno non funziona. Va solo acqua calda l’acqua fredda non funziona. Per lavarsi le mani con acqua fredda bisogna l’averla in cucina. Inoltre, le coperte materasso e cuscini sono scomodissimi. Una stanza ha il letto matrimoniale piccolissimo a stento entravamo in 2, il cuscino è unico lungo. Quindi non si può girare/spostare perché altrimenti l’altra persona non lo ha.( mai visto manco sapevo l’esistenza ) il materasso è coperto da una busta quindi si suda da morire. Inoltre cosa più importante-> MANCA ARIA CONDIZIONATA. Con le verrete della casa fa caldissimo dopo una giornata fuori.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and beautifully maintained apartment in Los Cristianos. It was fully equipped with everything a family could possibly need, which made our holiday comfortable and stress-free. One of our favorite features was the lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning coffee every day, and spent our evenings relaxing and chatting with loved ones. It’s definitely good value for the money – we’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home in Tenerife.

Perfect location in Los Cristianos. => 5-10min walking distance from the beach and restaurants, depending on route of choice. => Next to supermarket and 24h mini market. => 5-10min walking distance to bus station, depending on your way of walking. => 15-20 min drive to the South airport, depending on traffic. => 5 min drive to Los Americas. Amazing terrace! Great place to get your morning coffee with a view and great place to end the night playing cards with friends and having a giggle about the days events. Wonderful and supportive host. We were so tired after the flight and being beginning of January we got cold at night so Cristo helped with extra blankets which after 2-3 days we didn't need anymore as we got into the vacation mode and nights became warmer.

Great apartment. Perfect location, near the beech and near shops and restaurants and still quiet at night.

This apartment is all about the roof top location as the views are spectacular! It is very spacious and has modern appliances. Lots of room for clothes and luggage etc.

Although the terrace is very large it only gets the sun for about 2-3 hours in the afternoon. Even then, you can not lie side by side on the large outdoor sun bed as only one of you is in the sun. The outdoor sunbed is ok if you like sitting up but there is a large metal bar running across it that means lying flat is extremely uncomfortable. This fact meant that the whole reason for booking this flat is compromised. The beds are rock hard and quite uncomfortable . Some of the blinds don't work and are coming off the wall. There is a busy street outside with the constant noise of motorbikes and horns. It does quieten down later at night though. Although it was obvious the flat was kept clean throughout, we had a big problem with ants. You could not leave any food anywhere without it being covered in ants. We had to leave everything we bought in the fridge. So it meant you could not buy fresh bread etc and keep it. This was our biggest disappointment. Even if the ants problem was fixed we found that the list of other issues meant the cost of the views would have been better spent on a more comfortable flat with pool access.
