honestly, everything was great. The bed is fine but not the most comfortable.

This apartment is in a good location. It has everything inside that you could possibly need for your stay. The owner has put a lot of thought into the customer needs and expectations. The self check in was easy and straightforward. Communication was fast and very helpful. It is very good value for money considering where it is and amenities. Good size balcony too.

This is a huge complex, and the apartment is right at the back of it. Ok, for active people but if you have mobility issues, it's not so good despite many ramps being present. The apartment is very old and dated and could use a bit of an update. We were ok for our 3 day stay but would find it depressing for any longer. Some guests have no respect and can be quite noisy.

Difficulty in finding the apartment itself. the video sent in advance was not as good as written directions. Suggest a fact sheet with the video. Easy to find actual location but the building number is 37, address is 35 and no explanation. we had to ask other people and even they were not sure. it was dark so we missed the first sign with apartment numbers at the reception area. so went to the wrong “phase”. everything else was good

The place is centrally located , pool looked great and even though we parked on the street we had no problem finding a spot .

The place is well past the expiration date, very dated . The beddings and beds were clean but well worn. We found many of the “locals” all over the kitchen counter where you would prep your meals and the bathroom which leads me to think that an exterminator needs to fumigate the place. Roaches are a common issue on warm climates but there are ways to deal with it. be aware that you are not dealing with a resort, no lobby, no of your standard amenities, just a property owner, a YouTube video , some funky directions and a key box where you retrieve your key.
