The location of the apartment itself is really great, as well as the fact that the apartment is very well equipped, but a huge flaw and why I wouldn't recommend this apartment to other people is the mold, which was in a huge amount. You couldn't breathe. They are where you can have health problems as well. We were there. I told the owner to leave four towels at 4, however, the left only two, the other bed linen smelled of mold and moisture, luckily I had to wash it, but the whole apartment feels moldy.

Стильно, аккуратно и продумано. Есть все, что необходимо для жизни. Расположение тоже класс

Первое впечатление было плохим, потому что внешний вид здания желает надеяться на лучшее. Но внутри квартиры совершенно по-другому 😀 все ок 👍🏻 а , еще кондиционер включили и он потек, все подушки были мокрыми. После этого мы его не включали, но и без него было терпимо

Администрация отвечает быстро на сообщения, прекрасный вид из окна, в студии есть все, что необходимо)

Access very poor, stairs to apartment filthy and dangerous

The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

At night there was noise and shouting from the street, and people walking around in the building entrance, loudly slamming the door. All of this could be heard as if it were inside the apartment.
