A tired property. Could do with some tlc.

Great location,fenomenal host always ready to answer your questions and help, comfortable beds, magnificent sea view. Building has a guard and a nice swimming pool. It's not noisy and still is close to everything you need. We highly recommend the place.

I would recommend to include cleaning fee to the apartment price,it is natural that there will be cleaning before new guests arrive - don't see the reason to have the impression to pay "extra" .

Didn't realise it was on the 14th floor, problems with the lift, communal areas not pleasant.

The view was lovely! The mattress in the bedroom very comfortable. Swimming pool area pretty nice.

No toiletries, not even a hand soap or a shower gel. Old, smelly towels. The floor was very dirty, I had to hoover and mop the floor in the entire apartment from the minute I put my backpack down. The sofa in the living room was really uncomfortable, but my husband had to sleep 4 nights in it, since I had I sleep with the kids in the bedroom. Small apartment at 14th floor, not very safe and comfy for a family with two small kids. No ac. Just an electric fan. No windows, only the balcony doors. Very old building, bad old smell. The elevators bearly working. The street to the beach smells really bad, garbage everywhere and dog litter everywhere, really dirty. I was so disappointed to find Los Cristianos so dirty and full of all kind of dodgy people begging for money. Disappointing! Otherwise the weather was perfect for sunbathing and the ocean was quite warm and pleasant to swim and play with the kids for the February school holidays.

Great Apartment with spacious balcony, A wonderful view and all day sun...It has all the necessary facilities (Kingsize Bed, Fridge. Shower, Microwave, Safety Deposit Box. TV etc... It is on the 14th Floor of Costamar Complex which has a Swimming Pool, Pub & Supermarket on site...Local to Bars, Restaurants. Sunday Market and Sea Front Promenade with short walk to Los Cristianos Sandy Beach And Town Centre...Must mention Kemo, an excellent host..(Many Thanks)

Owner and the host been incredible. Fantastic communication and customer care. We felt very welcome and the whole experience show how hospitality should look like. Very friendly and informative. We know, we will be back… and it will be soon. The view from the balcony is a killer. Just wow.

Location is really good, close to the promenade and an ocean, view from a balcony is spectacular! Apartment is fully functional with everything you might need. Internet really fast. Swimming pool really clean and with not a lot of people.

We spent two days in Los Cristianos before taking the ferry to La Gomera. The appartment is located on the 14th floor of a 15 storey building. It is equipped with everything you might need to have comfortable stay and Kemo is the most sympathetic host you can imagine. Super friendly, always ready to help, lots of good tips etc. Highly recommended!
