Edificio Don Antonio

Recommended! Nice apt, very close to the beach and harbour(1-2min) many restaurants and bars, supermarket and cafe arround. The kitchen with all you need to cook, microwaves, fridge, kettle, toaster, even backing paper+ alufolie. Nice balcon with table and 2 chairs (lateral view to ocean) and acces to a big terrace over the builing where you can dry your clothes if you need or stay outside at table. Bad with shower (glaswand) washing machine, hairdryer, soap, in bedroom in wardrobe enaught towels even beach towel and an umbrella for the beach. Good WiFi, only minus are A/C... Are 1 mobile fan and in living a lamp with ventilator who in the hot nights are not enaught. But that we knows from apt description. For sure we will come back here. Thank you.

Location was excellent. There is everything you need in the apartment. It was spotless clean. The agency staff are excellent. It was a pleasure to deal with them. It's very quiet in the apartment,even do it's close to bars and restaurants.

There is no air conditioning in the apartment. There is ceiling fans which were fine. Not sure how they would be if the temperature was higher.

The apartment is in a great location and very close to the beach. I liked how easy it was to pick up the keys at a local restaurant in Los Cristianos, (Linares II). It took me a few minutes to get into the apartment block. You have to find a door with a black sign on the door called Don Antonio 19. This is situated opposite the beach side. The apartment was comfy and just what I needed. A nice little balcony too. Claudia who works for Edificio Don Antonio was fantastic and kept me informed of everything through booking.com. Some times other residents can be a little noisy in the corridors and stairwells, usually around mid morning when I was still trying to sleep after a late night out. Apart from that, I have no other complaints

Location is good ,right next to the beach . Room was clean and had all facilities required . Was nice not having maid service every day . Will look to book again in the future. Contact to staff by what's app was very prompt

No area to leave your case after checking out ,but there is a locker unit in the next block which was easy enough to use

Perfect location, spacious apartment, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen & plenty of towels, bed linen, tea towels etc.

Very spacious apartment beautiful interior. Location is perfect for beach and restaurants away from the tourist side. This apartment is surrounded with amazing Spanish restaurants best paella you will find.

No complaints in winter. Might be hot in summer though
