The apartment was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — perfect for four people. Artemis is very polite and hospitable. Our small dog was welcome, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Everything was good. The hostess was very friendly, she met us. The rooms are clean and warm, even better than in the photo. We had a great time. It was nice to receive a gift from the owners of the house - this is a fragrant seasoning Origano))

The location was great, a few minutes from the beach and the lifenight but enaugh distance to get a good night sleep. We stayed for 9 nights and visited the area with it's beautiful beaches and great taverns. The apartment was just like in the pictures, confortable beds and the kitchen equipt with everything we needed. We parked the car în front and even if we left every day we still found our place ready for us! And the host, is a great person! She helped us to get there when we lost the farry and always had a Kind word and very helpful with all our requests! So when we return to Evia no more research, we know where we will stay!!!

The host Artemis is a lovely lady who met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. In-person contact with the host only happened in 3 of our 7 bookings on this trip, so we appreciated it. She also gave us some recommendations for local attractions. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Free parking right in front of the property on the street. The price of the rental was very good.

The location is up a semi steep hill 10 minutes walk from the downtown area. The bathroom is very small with a shower stall and no curtain. As we were four persons, two of us slept in the large living room on a pull out couch and a single bed and two of us slept in the smaller bedroom with a double bed. The living room was a nice large space with it’s own air conditioner. The bedroom also had an air conditioner which we had to use because of the heat and because of the mosquitoes because there are no screens on the windows. The air conditioner blows right onto the bed, so the sleeping in that room was not that comfortable.
