Schwer zu finden. Man sollte beim Tor ein Schild anbringen, damit man das finden kann. Aber die Leute waren sehr nett und haben bei allen kleinen Problemen gerne geholfen.

Es gab Stress mit anderen, weil pro Wohneinheit am Pool nur eine Liege benutzt werden darf. Das hatte aber nicht auf den Poolregeln gestanden und wurde dann nachträglich erst ergänzt. Das wäre gar nicht so schlimm gewesen, wenn man dann wenigstens auf einer Decke am Boden hätte liegen dürfen. Auch das war nicht erlaubt, weil das kein Picknickbereich ist. Der meganette Bademeister hat uns dann auf einer Wiese weitere Liegen zur Verfügung gestellt.

The location of the property is great for visiting Sorrento Amalfi Pompeii etc, though you must have a hire car. It’s beautifully situated at the top of a steep hillside, no idea how they built it! The views of Vesuvius and bay of Naples are spectacular from the garden. The pool is great, beautiful clean and well kept, no ‘fun’ toys such as balls/floats allowed but good nevertheless. Closed 1400-1600 each day. The appt had a car parking space, in a an olive grove it seems - challenging to park in so for many many reasons would recommend the smallest car you can manage - the roads are small and driving is ‘interesting’ so this a top tip. The host, & the site ‘custode’ both super helpful.

Internally technically there is all that is needed but everything needs to be improved or replaced to my mind, the beds are solid, the sofas more solid. The washing machine older than my kids- nearly didn’t get the washing back out! The place needs redecorating and freshening up, the walls are peeling paint in places, some tlc and it could be a million dollars. More details about the exact name of the location and an apartment number would be helpful - especially if you are arriving in the dark as we were. Parco Letizia doesn’t seem to get a mention anywhere in the address/directions and I’m still not entirely sure I know what number the appt is - though the parking bay is 25. The owners photos are a far and accurate reflection of the place.

The cottage was beautiful. Neat and clean. It had all the facilities needed to stay. The owner had kept food and wine for us which was very thoughtful and sweet. Really liked the hospitality. Felt like we were home

We didn't have our own vehicle so the climb to the cottage was quite a task

The property was as expected and as described. It's located on the quiet side of the complex and with easy access to the ample parking and surrounding gardens and beautiful swimming pool with excellent facilities and stunning views over the ocean towards the island of Capri. Elvira, the host was very attentive to our needs and we found the property in immaculate condition with all the necessary ameneties as you would expect.

Access is quite tricky

Spacious apartment with nice outdoor area and access to a great pool for the kids. Peaceful atmosphere and well equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms, good air conditioning. 5minutes drive to Marina Grande beach.

If travelling with kids one need a car as the walk up is steep and not safe to walk alongside the windling roads in this area.

The property itself was very nice, owners very helpful, we had a major issue with power outage which was beyond their control and they did everything they could to resolve it, even helping with some transport whilst things were being sorted. The pool was lovely and the grounds beautiful.

The property is up an extremely steep hill and also a distance from everything, taxis are very expensive around 30 to 40 euros each way to Sorrento, I would recommend a car as the long walk up the steep hill is hard work especially in the heat! An information pack would have been useful with advice on where to get the bus, taxi numbers, restaurants places of interest etc..

The location is fabulous , the apartment was beautiful. The hostess.was amazing. So responsive.and helpful. We loved it

The shower door just needs to be tightened in the bathroom, it's a very small issue. The rest of the house was perfect.
