Apartment was great, clean, and spacious

Put hold on credit card for deposit, takes days to get refunded. Very particular about trash and will charge if not taken out

The app does not work well on a phone when you try to enter card details for the deposit. All the data boxes are overlapping, I wasn’t sure my data was accepted and did not receive a confirmation that my deposit was received. Therefore I wasn’t sure I would receive the door code to enter the property (as stated in the T&C)
