Les Manoirs by Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant

We accidentally left behind a blanket and someone very kindly mailed it back to us

Quiet, nicely landscaped setting, and a fifteen minute walk to the village. The condo was large, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The swimming pool area was very nice-3 heated pools, a quiet area and a hot tub. There are some forested paths to walk on. It is great that they have 24 hour customer service!

There were a few minor repairs or additions needed. The kitchen faucet was leaking, the light on the terrace didn't go on, the stove would not go in- not sure if that was planned. One lamp in the dining room didn't work. A couple of outlets didn't work in the kitchen. The toilet seat in the en-suite could use an update. Instructions for the televisions would be helpful.

The site, the pool. The condo was nice. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable king size bed.

The terrasse was not clean. The table and the chairs were very dirty with bird droppings. When you are charged 200$ for cleaning you expect much better.

Close to the venue. On ground floor, did not have to climb stairs. Roomy.

Was given the wrong entry code, had to call the office to receive a new code.

Spacious and comfy for a family. We actually had more room than we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated being so close to the mountain. The ski storage was helpful. Overall a good stay for the price.

Some of the check-in starter kit was missing (e.g. no laundry detergent, no tea). The shuttle to the resort runs only every 40 minutes, so we ended up driving most days. It felt a little silly to drive less than a mile, park, and then take the parking lot shuttle, but timing-wise, the resort shuttle to and from the lodging just wasn't workable. The hot tub is closed in the winter, which we knew in advance, but was still disappointing.
